Cancellation & Refund Policy


  1. The original packaging and tags must be intact for the product to be accepted. Products without the original tags will not be considered.

  2. To maintain hygiene standards, the items must be unused and unwashed.

  3. It is not possible to return or exchange customized products.

  4. Any return or exchange request must be raised within 5 days of receiving the product, or it will not be accepted.

  5. After approval of the return or exchange request, the customer will have to ship it back to the communicated address.

  6. For blouses or customized orders, alterations will be made only once if required. Any additional alterations will incur alteration and courier charges borne by the customer.

  7. Products purchased during a sale are non-refundable.

  8. Jewellery items cannot be exchanged.

Cancellation Policy

In case there is an order cancellation, please do so before it is shipped. Shipping charges are non-refundable once the order is dispatched. You can request your order cancellation through our website.

Return Policy

  1. If the product is received in a damaged condition or if the packaging has been tampered with, please refuse the package and contact us at with your Order ID. We will issue a replacement at no additional cost.

  2. Non-refundable charges include shipping.

  3. To initiate a return, please do it via our website within 5 days of receiving your shipment. No return requested will be accepted through any other medium like e- mail/Instagram/Facebook or phone call.

  4. If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately by emailing at with your Order ID and a snapshot of the defect. We will provide a replace or refund for the product.

  5. To cancel an order, please do so before it is shipped.

  6. If an order is cancelled before shipping, we will refund the full amount.

  7. The customer is responsible for the shipping charges when returning a product (except when the customer has received a damaged product).

  8. Upon receiving the returned products, our team will conduct a quality check.

  9. Only the product cost will be refunded, not the shipping charges.

  10. If you opt for a credit note, it cannot be encashed later.

  11. We do not accept return for exchanged or altered or customized products (including if the saree was ordered with fall & edging).

Exchange Policy:

  1. To exchange a product, use our website within 5 days of receiving it. Once we receive the product, we will ship the replacement within 5-7 days. You will get an email confirmation within 48 hours if the exchange request is approved.

  2. The original packaging must be intact when the product is picked up.

  3. We cannot accept return/exchange requests raised more than 5 days after receiving the shipment, except in exceptional cases. Contact us at if necessary.

  4. Make sure to include the order number, your name, and shipping address (as will be communicated after exchange is approved).

  5. We will notify you once we receive your shipment.

  6. You must self-ship the product if you wish to exchange a product. Customized products are not eligible for exchange.

  7. If you want to exchange the product for a more expensive item, we will give you a coupon code for the returned product's value. You can use it to pay for the balance on your next purchase.

  8. If you want to exchange the product for a cheaper item, we will refund the difference or provide a credit note for the balance.

  9. Credit notes cannot be converted to cash later.

  10. Sale items are non-refundable.

  11. Only one exchange is allowed.
